A variation on the breaded fried steak called milanesa that is very popular in Argentina. Milanesa Napolitana is similar to veal parmesan, with layers of melted cheese and special South American flavours. Served with Ensalada de Papas (Potato Salad).

Prepare potato salad and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour or overnight.
