Locro (Hearty Spicy Sausage and Vegetable Stew)
A hot and hearty white corn based soup that Argentines celebrate as a national dish. A thick squash stew, associated with native Andean civilizations and popular along the Andes mountain range. The key ingredients are squash, corn, meat, spicy sausages and vegetables which are all slow cooked for the best and tastiest results.
Please note that this dish will take approximately 30 minutes to cook but some of the ingredients will need to be soaked over a 12 hour period.
