A basic Neuchâteloise recipe that takes just a few minutes to pull together. This fondue is made with two different types of cheese, cornstarch, dry white wine, garlic and nutmeg. Served with bread, gherkins, steamed veggies, pickled carrots, pickled cauliflower, boiled potatoes and cherry tomatoes.
