Siu Pao (Pork Bun) with Eneksa Agaga (Red Rice)
Pork buns served with red rice. The dough is sweet, and the filling has a nice sweet & savoury flavour. The rice colour comes from soaking achiote seeds in water, and the flavour mostly comes from the addition of bacon and onion, which gives the rice a richness that goes well with Siu Pao.
