Hoosh (Stew)

Hoosh has a good claim on being the most traditional recipe from Antarctica. It is one of the simplest of foods made from 3 ingredients, one of which you didn’t even have to carry with you – ice.
The other ones are Pemmican, a highly condensed form of food made from dried and ground meat mixed with a similar weight of fat; and Sledging Biscuits, a simple, physically resilient, nutritious, long lasting, compact food stuff that takes the place of bread as the standard carbohydrate source when away from research base.
This recipe contains a pantry item (ice), which is not supplied by 7C2U due to melting.
